PLACEMENT CELL ANNUAL REPORT 2024-25

The purpose of the Placement Cell of Chaudhary Dheerpal Government College Badli is to execute the resolution of the institution to provide job oriented education to its students who belong to rural area. To achieve its objective, the placement cell conducts various programs, like Seminars, Extension Lectures, Workshops, Education Tours, Job Fairs, etc. following activities were conducted by the placement cell in the year 2024-25.

1. An Extension Lecture was conducted by the cell to educate the students about job opportunities available in the field of Special Education to visually challenged students. The lectures were delivered by special educators Mr Naveen Deswal and Ms Natasha from Asha Kiran Special School Nuna Majra Bahadurgarh.

2. The placement sell conducted a Workshop on the subject 'How To Prepare For Competitive Exams for Government Jobs'. Main speaker was Mr Deepak Sharma who enriched the students in this field. 

3. A contingent of students was taken to Educational Tour who visited the ICFAI Business School Gurugram. The organiser institute conducted an Extension Lecture on 'Personality Development And Interview Etiquettes' the lecture was delivered by the Director of the Institute. Thereafter the organisers took the students around the campus. A lunch was also hosted by the organiser institute.

4. A Guidance Workshop on the subject of ‘Employment Opportunities Available In the Field of Special Education to Deaf, Dumb & Mentally Special Students’ was conducted by the cell. The experts Mr Avdhesh Yadav, Priyanka Yadav and Pravin Kumar from SGT University thrown light on the employment opportunities available in this field.

5. A two days' Interactive Workshop was conducted by the placement cell on the subjects of ‘Biodata Preparation & Facing the Job Interviews.’ Dr Neha Sharma and Dr Manita Devi from SGT University were the guest faculties in the program. 

6. A JOB FAIR & WORKSHOP was conducted by the cell in which representatives from the companies like Reliance and Flipkart participated. 16 students were selected by the Flipkart as assistant and associate data entry operators.
