Report

It has been observed that Government College, Badli does not currently provide any apprenticeship or industry-linked training opportunities for students. Apprenticeships are an essential bridge between theoretical knowledge and practical exposure, helping students gain hands-on experience, industry skills, and better employability.

The absence of such programs restricts students from accessing workplace learning and reduces their competitiveness in the job market.

Recommendation

It is recommended that apprenticeship programs be introduced in collaboration with:

  • Local industries and organizations,

  • Government initiatives such as the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS), and

  • Sector Skill Councils (SSCs).

This will provide students with practical training, stipends, and direct industry exposure to strengthen their career prospects.
