It has been observed that Government College, Badli does not offer any skill development courses apart from regular degree programs. This creates a gap in students’ employability and practical exposure, as skill-oriented training is essential in today’s competitive job market.
Due to the absence of such courses, students face difficulties in accessing job-ready skills and often need to rely on private institutions, which adds financial burden.
Recommendation
It is recommended that the college introduce skill-based courses under government schemes such as Skill India Mission, NSDC, and PMKVY, in collaboration with industry partners and training centers.
